I shouldn't have to jack it up to 90% when it used to work at 40%. I can live without the button, but the volume is dreadful. I can't rollback the Bluetooth driver because there's no way to access it, and as you've said, it's not possible to change the QC35 driver. ![]() In the new Windows update, Microsoft installed QC35 II software or other (which is basically the QC35 with voice assistant functionality) and loaded it instead of the old. I firmly believe that my initial guess is correct. Marcel, what do you mean by the "play/pause button should normalize"? That sounds like it will come back on its own? I did deactivate the "handsfree telephony" function and this simply keeps Cortana from popping up, which is fine by me, but does not restore the play/pause functionality. Yes, I have paired my QC35 with my phone and it works perfectly as always, sound, buttons, etc. I also have done the USB plug-in and out to reset the connection and pairing, etc.
